Welcome to Centennial Farms and Orchard
We are located in the historic town of Augusta, Missouri in southwestern St. Charles County. Our farm is less than an hour's drive from most parts of St. Louis (see our directions page)
The farm has been owned and operated by our family since 1854. We represent the fourth generation and our grandson Gabe Wright, who manages the farm, represents the sixth generation. Our first orchards were planted in 1969 on what had been a grain and livestock farm.
We offer a "taste of history" along with seasonal fruit and good things made in our farm kitchen. Come visit our market in the 160-year old timber framed barn which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

More Apple Varieties Available
At Centennial Farms, there’s nothing we love more than the crisp autumn air and the joy of apple picking. We’re excited to share that the apple picking just keeps getting better!
Our apple season is in full swing, and in addition to the early varieties like Jonathan, Cortland, Empire, Gala, and Ruby Jon, we’re thrilled to announce that Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Jonagold, and Cameo apples are now ripe and ready for picking.
And there’s more good news: we’ll be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 2, giving you an extra day to come out to the orchard and pick your favorite apples. It’s the perfect way to spend the holiday with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and the bounty of the season.
We’re open from 9 AM to 5 PM every Saturday and Sunday, so there’s plenty of time to come and enjoy a day at the orchard. Whether you’re a seasoned apple picker or new to the experience, we look forward to welcoming you to Centennial Farms. Our family can’t wait to share the joy of apple picking with you.
So gather your loved ones, bring your baskets, and join us at Centennial Farms for a day of fun, fresh air, and delicious apples. We look forward to seeing you at the orchard!
